### Scheduling and Billing

Healthie's Calendar feature enables you to set up your custom appointment types, appointment locations, sync with other Calendars that you use (iCal, Google, and Outlook), and create custom color-coded views. Healthie’s Calendar also allows you to configure over 25 settings to meet the needs of your specific workflows, including your locations, whether you'd like to allow for same-day appointments, a buffer time, email and text reminders, and more.

Healthie's calendar is designed specifically to meet the needs, nuances, and special considerations for a health and wellness business. This video walks through the fundamentals of setting up your calendar, from adding availability to syncing your external Calendar with Healthie.

Healthie's calendar conveys important information with just a glance. In this video, we’ll take a closer look at utilizing the various Calendar functionalities to navigate the Healthie Calendar, we’ll talk about how to book appointments, as well as how to download details and records of appointments scheduled within the platform to analyze historic appointment information.

Healthie's built-in packages feature enables you to build packages that can include either one-time or recurring services. Packages are fully customizable and can also include programs, labs, and/or products.

Healthie enables providers to offer discounts to their patients seamlessly, utilizing packages and promo codes. Healthie’s promo code functionality is fully customizable so that providers can determine how much and for how long a certain patient should receive a discount.

Healthie makes it easy to sell packages of services and/or products to your patients. In this video, you’ll learn how to share a link for patients to purchase a single package or multiple packages, and you’ll see how patients can purchase packages within their Healthie profile. Healthie also enables you to charge or invoice patients directly for packages.

Healthie's built-in payment processing system enables you to bill patients out of pocket for one-time and recurring needs, that can span services, programs, products, and other offerings that you provide.

### EHR

Healthie's Reports makes it easy for you to pull business information that spans patient activity, patient outcomes, business operations, and finances.

Healthie enables organizations with multiple providers, clinicians, team members, and assistants to coordinate with each other to provide collaborative care to patients. Individuals designated as administrators of their Healthie organization have the ability to manage organization-level settings and manage the organization calendar (all providers’ schedules).

Healthie's Tasks feature is a structured "to do list" that enables providers and teams to stay organized and complete important actions. Tasks enable your organization to stay internally organized, by giving you the ability to assign action items to yourself or a team member, associate tasks with specific patients, and mark tasks as done once completed.

The Documents feature within Healthie enables providers to store and share educational resources, recipes, meal plans, and industry handouts. Healthie Documents replace the need for you to keep a local folder on a computer, and can act as a "Google Drive" or "Dropbox" for you, as you build the repository of materials needed in your business.

Healthie's built in HIPAA-Compliant E-Fax makes it easy to send documents and other files to other providers electronically. This is useful for sharing patient-related information with other healthcare professionals that are outside of your Healthie Organization.

Healthie's intake forms make it easy for providers to collect health information, e-signatures, payment details (credit cards and insurance), and other items needed for care. Healthie’s Charting templates allow you to electronically take notes on patients in an organized way, using customized templates built for your practice.

Healthie allows your patients to fill out any required paperwork electronically, keeping information organized and conveniently available in one centralized place. Forms can be automatically requested by patients, or requested as needed in order to align with your organization’s workflow.

Intake flows string together a number of forms and materials that you want to share with your patients. Intake flows can include assessments, policies and e-sign agreements, privacy notices, billing and insurance information collection forms, and any other materials related to information you need from your patients or information you want to provide them with.

Healthie enables organizations with multiple providers, clinicians, team members, and assistants to coordinate with each other to provide collaborative care to patients. In particular, providers are able to share documents with other providers/team members, create a team chat and team meetings as needed, and create and assign tasks to one another.

### Patient Engagement

Healthie enables providers to collaborate with their patients on their goals in an easy and streamlined way. With Healthie's Goal Setting Feature, wellness providers can create goals for patients and monitor a patient’s success by seeing goal completion rates. Patients can receive in-app notifications to complete their goals and be motivated towards goal completion.

Healthie's chat feature enables you to securely message and communicate with your patients, from within the web platform, and through the mobile app. With Healthie's chat feature, you can message your patients one-on-one, create group chats, send message blasts, and even message other wellness providers in your organization.

Healthie's Programs Feature enables you to automatically distribute pre-loaded content to patients over a period of time. This tool is highly customizable to meet your particular workflow needs and can be used for delivering content, distributing e-mails and videos, and overall, building long-term relationships with your patients.

Connecting your programs to client packages enables patients to be able to purchase a specific program, and be automatically enrolled. You can offer program enrollment for free, as a lead generation or active patient support tool, or sell your programs to increase revenue within your business.

Through Healthie's Program feature, you have the ability to keep tabs on each patient’s progress in your programs. This will allow you to provide motivation or support to any patients that may need it, view patient responses to forms, and overall assess the performance of your program.
